As a volunteer, you'll play a vital role in making the conference a success! Your tasks may include assisting with registration, guiding attendees to sessions, providing information at information desks, helping with setup and cleanup, and supporting speakers and exhibitors throughout the event.

Volunteering at our conference is a rewarding experience! Not only will you have the opportunity to be part of an empowering event, but you'll also gain valuable event management and teamwork skills. Additionally, volunteers receive a complimentary pass to attend the conference.

We offer flexible volunteer opportunities to fit your schedule! Leading up to the event, there are tasks such as preparing materials, organizing registration packets, and assisting with promotional activities. On the day of the conference, volunteers are typically scheduled for a half-day shift, either in the morning or afternoon.

Day-of volunteers will assist with registration, session coordination, attendee guidance, and more. In exchange for your time, day-of volunteers will attend half of the conference day they volunteer (either AM or PM) and receive a complimentary ticket to attend the other half. Meals will will be included!

Yes! We want to make sure our volunteers feel prepared and informed. We'll host a volunteer orientation session before the conference where you'll learn about your role, responsibilities, and get a chance to ask any questions you may have. Keep an eye on your email for details about the orientation session.
