Speakers are selected in a double-blind manner by the U&I committee! We're looking for stories and session descriptions that jump off the page and make us say, "Wow, I can’t wait to hear this story!”

While we will ultimately select one topic per speaker for the conference, we encourage you to submit any ideas that inspire you! Our goal is to create a diverse and enriching lineup, ensuring that our guests have the opportunity to hear from a variety of voices and perspectives. We've carved out a generous 45-minute slot for your session! We encourage speakers to make the most of this time by creating an engaging and educational presentation.

Spend the first part introducing yourself, setting the stage for your topic, and drawing in the audience with your story. Next, dive into the heart of your topic, sharing valuable insights, tips, and knowledge that will leave attendees inspired and informed. Finally, wrap up your session by inviting questions, sharing contact information, and connecting with the audience on a personal level.
